5 Healthy And Quick Snack Ideas

While being isolated is hard to keep your hands off a fridge. Being bored means being hungry all the time. It’s not hard to see why people gain so much weight while staying at home. How to solve this problem? Let me think. Ha! Try to eat a bit healthy! I know, you think that it’s expensive and difficult, but it’s not. You just got to have some will and motivation. And eating healthy doesn’t mean you will only eat some carrots and crackers with a taste of a cardboard box. Let’s have a look!

Stuffed Zucchini

This one is so yummy! And it’s also really easy. It has an endless selection of ingredients to fill zucchini. Here are two of my favorite combinations.

Tuna Spread With Tomato

  • 1 tbs mustard
  • 1 tbs mayonnaise
  • 1 cup tuna
  • salt and pepper

Just mix it up and add some tomato on the top of your creation. You know, just for the image. And to cover all the things you’ve messed up.

Classic Ham And Cheese Combo

  • 1 slice ham
  • 1 slice cheese
  • some veggie

You’re just going to fill it with some ham and cheese, and then add some veggie for a good feeling.

Banana Roll-Up

  • 1 banana
  • 2 spoons peanut butter
  • 1 tortilla

Put the tortilla on a plate and then smear it all with peanut butter. Put a banana inside and roll it. Easy and delicious!

Spiced Chickpea

If you’re that type of person, that just loves to eat something crunchy while watching TV, this recipe was made for you. You’re gonna take 2 cans of chickpea and then remove peels. Put it in the oven for 20 minutes and add some spice. Then bake it for another 40 mins. And now you have a very tasty crunchy snack. You can flavor it with any spice you like.

Avocado With An Egg Inside

Why just spread it on a toast when you can dig it out and fill it with some egg, ham, and leek. Then you just put it in the oven and wait. This one is a great morning kicker.
