Being stuck in the quarantine seemed easy to us at the beginning. You know, more free time, you get to work from the comfort of your home, etc. But after few weeks it gets boring. The same routine every day, not being able to see your friends and the only thing you basically have to do is attend your online meetings. The one gets easily depressed. Even worse is spending the time on social media, where people show how productive they stay through the quarantine. Some of them re-build their room, the other ones try cooking healthy recipes. Keep a diary and write down things you’re grateful for
Our mind is amazing and permits us to keep so many memories and thought. However, not everything. In that time, the diary enters. Try after having a busy day to write down three things you’re grateful for in your life. After few months you can basically go back in time and see, what incredible memories you created. It’ll let you take a look at your life from a different perspective. Maybe, it’ll bother you at first, but after a few days or weeks, it will become a part of your day.
Make a time for cleaning your room
It can really make us stressed, thinking about cleaning and knowing, how much it’s going to take. To prevent it, separate 10 minutes per day for cleaning it. You’ll see that it won’t be necessary because you’ll do a small number of tasks every day and your room won’t get messy at all. Also, the study shows that working or just being in a clean room makes you less stressed.
Take care of yourself
Do you ever get home and feel exhausted? All you want to do is just lay down and turn the TV on, but it won’t help you at all. Try to take a shower, do a bit of skincare, and change into clean comfy clothes. You’ll feel much better afterward.
